These Two Things Are Why Jeff Bezos Will Have The First Trillion Dollar Company

As most of you know I am a HUGE fan of Jeff Bezos.

Jeff Bezos, arguably will go down in history of being one of the greats. Amazon will be the first Trillion, yes Trillion dollar company in history!

So my first question to you my reader is....do you have a written, yes written 10-year plan? If you don't now is the time.

The next "Bezos genius" I want to share with you is customer service. Amazon thrives because of their customer service. You can easily return unwanted items. Their support staff always answers the call with a big smile. They treat every customer like gold.

So my second question to you my reader is...do you give million-dollar customer service? Does your staff? Do you consistently train your staff? If not, guess what? Now is the time.

COVID means change. You have to change the way you previously did business. You have to change the way you look at your business. You have to innovate smartly.

People make many costly mistakes or lose opportunity during a crisis. Do not let emotion get in your way.

A recent gallop poll said that 86% of Americans feel stressed about their financial future. 86! That is not good.
