Hi
If you want to up your game in tennis, chess, or any other sport, play with a better player. The same can be said in business. If you want to increase your business study the greats.
Jeff Bezos, arguably will go down in history of being one of the greats. Amazon will be the first Trillion, yes Trillion dollar company in history!
Bezos follows an interesting philosophy which I want to share with you. Each and every decision he makes is for a ten-year horizon. That one concept has allowed me to literally sky-rocket my businesses and let me show you how you can grow yours too.
I was short-sighted in many areas of my business. My conversations shifted from I don't want to afford or pay for that now to...if I do this now what will the return be in ten years, twenty years, and beyond?
I often hear clients say, I don't want to hire now, or I can't afford this or I can't do that. Let's take a look at several things....
1. If you cut costs properly and meaningfully what kind of return would you get in ten years?
2. If you created a lead generation system that pumped out great quality patients/clients/customers year after year; what would that do to your business in ten years?
3. If you learned how to convert an additional 20% of your patients/clients/customers, what would that do to your business in ten years?
4. If you had an upsell, cross-sell, and down-sell strategy in your business, what would that do to your business in ten years?
5. If you created systems so you could make money while sitting on the beach, what would that do to your business in ten years?
6. As many have you have experienced, we have software called Profit Acceleration Software that will find any small business owner a minimum of $10,000-$100,000 in lost revenue (depending on the size of the business). What would your bank account look like if we found you $25,000 in lost revenue that you got to reclaim year after year. What would that number look like in ten years with the compounding of interest?
Thank you Jeff Bezos! Wow, what a concept! Start implementing your strategies with a ten year horizon and watch what you wake up to next year; in two years; and in ten years.
Obsessed with your success,
Paul Inselman
