You Must Start to Create Your Pivot Plan-NOW!

When the world reopens in about six weeks your business is going to have to run differently. You must be creating your plan right now for how you are going to re-emerge. Do the following to achieve this:

1. You must think like your customer/patient/client. What would give them room for pause to continuing to use your service?

2. What can you create or tweak that will make your business a stand-out far-above your competition?

If you cannot answer these questions you are going to have a very difficult time ramping back up. You must begin to create this pivot immediately so you can start to market the shift 2-3 weeks prior to the world coming back online. As you can see, time is of the essence.
