When I get a new client, I always like to look at their business from four perspectives:
1. The people and how they interact
2. The systems and how efficiently they run or don't run
3. The results
4. The mental and mechanical blocks that are impairing growth right now
This is an excellent time to take a look at your business from those perspectives. As my clients can attest, preparation is and will always be key.
1. Do you have the right employees on your team?
2. Are the employees in the right jobs that benefit your business?
3. Does your team interact with each other well; and do you interact well with them?
4. Are your systems supporting the growth of your business?
5. Are you happy with the results that you are achieving?
6. What is holding you back right now?
7. How would professional guidance benefit you?
8. How does not using professional guidance hurt you?
9. What is keeping you up at night?
10. How will you feel when your challenges are solved?
Stay cool. Proceed via a plan not by the seat of your pants and this crisis will pass too.
