Treat your patients, clients, or customers like Gold! Love them, support them, help them, and SERVE them. Do that and guess what? They will serve you. It is a very simple concept which many small business owners fail to execute.

When you explain that for free the salesman picks up your car from your home, office or golf club and gets the car serviced and then and brings the car back washed and waxed, what do you think those three people will say? What's his number I need a car!
Do you see how that free added value service will get people talking? Do you see how the salesman will be paid for that free service over and over again?
